Required Documents

In order to expedite the processing of your loan, the following items are required to begin processing your mortgage application. We look forward to the opportunity to assist you with the financing of your mortgage.

• Last two consecutive pay stubs for all borrowers.
  
• Most recent two years Federal 1040's for all borrowers,including all schedules (state returns not required).
• If you can not locate a copy of your 1040's, you can order copies by calling the IRS at (800) 829-1040.
  
  
• Most recent two years W-2's / 1099's for all borrowers.
  
  
• Sales Contract for the property you are purchasing.
  
  
• Last two months complete statements (all pages) for all savings, checking, investment, mutual fund, IRA, 401k, etc. accounts.
  
  
• Copy of valid form of ID with date of birth for all borrowers (driver's license, for example)
  
  
• If self-employed:
• Most recent two years business tax returns.
  
  
• If you are refinancing:
• Copy of your most recent mortgage statement.
• Copy of your homeowner's insurance.
  
  
• Please include a check for your application of $395.
